All forms must be received NO LATER THAN 11:59 pm CDT November 1, 2024.
The request must be submitted by an Active Consultant in good standing and the nominations are open to
customers, individuals in need, and/or charitable organizations in your local community.
To be nominated, a Norwex Consultant will submit nomination on behalf of the recipient.
The Norwex Home office will evaluate each of the nominations.
Norwex maintains final discretion for all allocation of funds.
Forms must be completed in full to be considered.
Please include details of your personal involvement with the person/organization you are nominating.
